"While traveling from Michigan to South Carolina, my truck broke down. I had it towed to Laurel Service Center and it arrived just before they were closing. They got the truck in immediately and stayed there for a couple hours trying to diagnose the problem and help get me back on the road. Unfortunately, it wasn't a simple fix like a sensor or a vacuum hose like they had hoped. They determined it was the fuel pump and got to work on it first thing in the morning. When they finished and we settled up, I was pleasantly surprised at how fair they were with their charges. The work came with a lifetime warranty on the part and two years on the labor and can be honored anywhere in the country. These are very honest, hard working people that I would highly recommend. I only wish they were located closer to me so I could use them as my regular shop. Thank you all very much!!"
"I am SO THANKFUL for Jeff and his company. I struck a deer on US 80, and Jeff happened to pass by the scene and turned around and came over to check on me, he was so kind, and reassuring that I was okay and everything was okay. I know he was working over on a Sunday evening to help me and I am so thankful. Jeff was professional and looked over my vehicle and ensured I did not drive it and he helped me by towing it down to his shop and gave me a lift to my destination. I would highly recommend Laurel Service Center. Their customer service, professionalism, and timely manner makes them very reputable. Thank you, Jeff!"
"Great mechanics and great people at Laurel Service Center. They really went above and beyond when I broke down on 75. Got me back on the road the same day. Even took me to a restaurant to get lunch while I waited. The whole crew was very nice, and very professional."
"Wonderful company owned and operated by a wonderful family! Incredible customer service! Needed a tow as I was passing through the area and this family was there right away! Towed us to their son-in-law’s service center, Laurel Auto Service, LLC, and we were back on the road the next morning! Even helped getting us to our hotel, dogs and all! I can’t thank you enough!"
"This is place is absolutely amazing I’m from California and no absolutely no one and had no money and they came and saved me off the side of the freeway with tornado warnings. They gave me a safe place to stay until the tornado warnings cleared and let me leave my vehicle there. These are some of the most generous and nice people and honest people you’ll ever come across and I’m so thankful for them."
